Application for membership does not mean membership is guaranteed, and membership can be refused at any time.
On filling out the Application for membership you agree that scuba diving has inherent risks and you will hold no other member liable should you be injured, incapacitated or suffer death. I also understand that before each trip I will sign, “Voluntary liability release and assumption of risk forms”, and agree that they are legally binding. On submitting the application for membership I also hold no other member liable for any misadventure that may happen to me while out of the water such as traveling to and from events.
I will however hold Pete’s Dive Club responsible for the enjoyment and life time memories that they may give me.
I will also acknowledge the enormous amount of work that individuals have put in free of charge to run various events.
