Jervis Bay is known for its amazing surrounding, the whitest sandy beaches, huge cliff faces, fantastic scenery and that’s before you go under the water.

The Plan

Turn up at my place Thursday Afternoon 1st and have everybody geared up. If you cannot make Thursday afternoon get your equipment sizes to me at an earlier date and I will pack your tub for you, and we will meet you at Jervis Bay. Sydney people can be picked up from Otford station. Leave early Friday 2nd. Pick up from most places around Wollongong. Friday 1 Shore dives on the way down. Saturday, Sunday and Monday 2 boat dives each day from Murrays Beach Jervis Bay. A night dive will be done one night at Hyams Beach.

Accommodation

A house has been rented opposite the beach at Hyams Beach with views of Jervis Bay, See pictures below. (It's the white 2 story house)

Cost

To stay at Hyams Beach, all equipment supplied and boat dives - $590. ( Cost break down, $44. a day gear hire x 4.= $176. Normal cost is $110. a day = $440. 6 boat dives at $36. each = $216. Normal cost $180 for a double boat dive = $540. Accommodation for all of easter $204. Cost of accommodation is set at $51. a night. The total accommodation cost $2,000. the short fall will be picked by the club. That what you pay fees for!) In short the club price is about one third of normal price.
If you have your own gear and transport cost for Hyams Beach, this includes boat dives - $420.
You must be a member of Pete's dive club. Membership is available to students and the general public.

Extras

Air fills - $7.00. (May vary slightly)
Torch with batteries & glow stick - $14.00.
Advanced course $200.
A cleaning bill of $20 applies if you are unable to wash your equipment.
