Starts Friday, 11th June to Monday, 14th June 2010Byron Bay’s Julian Rocks marine reserve is home to tropical species such as turtles, Wobbegong Sharks, Eagle Rays, Manta rays, Cuttlefish as well as over four hundred different species of fish and an abundance of sea stars.
At this time of year the Humpback Whales are migrating north along this part of the coast.
For those interested in doing an extended dive trip and wishing to dive new places there will be dives as we work our way back down the NSW coast. (North and South of Cape Byron below)

The Plan
Make your way to Byron Bay on Friday 11th June. Arrangements can be made to pick you up from the airport on the Friday. (Jet Star has a fare at the moment of $79 to Ballina. (This is at 1st October 09)
2 boat dives each day on Saturday and Sunday and a house has been rented for our accommodation, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
If you plan to go by car register for car pooling
For those people who don’t have transport talk to Peter about mini-bus transport and car pooling. Arrangements can be made to pick people up from Ballina (Byron) airport on Friday 6th June. (Last year these pick ups were free of charge.)
